Springfield, Massachusetts

Of all the places we ranked in the residency match... this is the one that frightens me the most. I know sooooo little about the North-East, because I never expected to actually live there. Since that is exactly what we will be doing, I have begun my quest for information and you get to come along too!
first thing- where is Massachusetts?

Second- Where is Springfield?

And third , well... I found this picture.Ok. More for you tomorrow

Funny?

I took this picture just to share with my blog viewers. I'm not sure if this is as serious as it sounds. It was posted outside of our hotel room door, and of course they didn't say anything about it until after accepting my money. Well... to tell the truth they didn't say anything at all. We figured that any of the pregnancy's I have are chemically induced anyway, what more damage could it do?
However. I did have this overwhelming feeling that I should call my Dad (who works for OSHA) and ask if I should be concerned about this public notice posted through out the whole hotel!!
What do you think Dad?
Future me: Oh! yes, and this is our second child. Try not to stare. We got her from our trip to Sea World. All those arms are useful you know... just think how fast it can clean its room. And, Yes, we really do need to keep it in water, the gills work better that way.

Adventure #2

We found the coolest museum! The USS Midway, a real Aircraft Carrier !! It was huge. We walked through the ship for 3 hours and only saw a tiny bit of it. All of the halls and spaces were so small, I would be very claustrophobic in no time! not to mention lost.

The USS Midway was retired just a few years ago. The last war it fought in was Desert Storm. Until recently it was the largest and newest carrier the navy used. So... the next time you go to San Diego you really need to see this!

Here are some fun family pictures from our trip to Sea WorldCarson was all SMILES!!

Here we are waiting for Shamu and praying that we dont get wet (it was a very cold day).

Carson- consulting the map.

He really didn't want to hold the starfish, but everyone else was forcing their kids to do it... so we did too.

Carson at the whale tank. We could have watched for hours.
Here is a little video of the shows.

Sea World!!!

We are home!! We had soooo much fun at Sea World! I will share all our adventures after I have had some sleep. But here are some of my favorite pictures.
The baby killer whale was very interested in the paper that little girl is holding. It was amazing to see it interact with the little kids. It was squeaking and blowing bubbles... very cool!

Carson and I love the killer whales the best. I just love to watch them, and Carson thinks they would make a really great friend.
